Customer Service was prompt and friendly. Flower delivery was delayed due to traffic so the window of 1 - 6 p.m. extended to 7:30 p.m. Wasn't ideal as the birthday day was wrapping up but understand that it was out of the delivery driver's control. Flowers were exactly as pictured and recipient liked the bouquet a lot.
